Introduction
The Yarra Valley in Victoria is located just 45 kilometres from Melbourne and also owes its great popularity there. Moreover, it is also a great wine region, thanks to a relatively cool climate and suitable soils. The south is dominated by loam soils, in the north there are red volcanic soils. This area is very well suited for making Chardonnay’s.

The wine sale company, of which I am an affiliate and as such have been promoting their wines, has meanwhile discontinued this affiliate service. This is why I was forced to cancel the reviews of the wines offered through this site.

Great site by the way. Really interesting read. Being a larger drinker for many years now i find as i get older i am liking the odd glass of wine more and more but to be honest i know nothing about them other than some taste better than others. Your site has helped me to understand more and more about the types of wine on offer. My question to you is if i go on your link can i get these wines shipped to the UK or do you only supply local ?
Hi Mark, the Yarra Valley wines offered are all for Australian territory. A week ago I received a similar request for the UK, I had requested an affiliate program for the UK. Just this morning I have been accepted. Within next week I will present a review on Chardonnays, including Australian ones, solely for the UK market. Once completed, I will send you the link.
